When worries pile up and questions go unanswered. When you can feel the weight on your chest and confusion floods your mind. When your muscles ache and your jaw feels tight.

When expectations unravel and grey space takes its place. When you lose words your I can’t articulate your feelings. When you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. When you feel like you’ve lost your way.

When your worries keep you up at night. When you don’t know what’s wrong or right. When you’re not sure what tomorrow will hold or how you keep your head above water.
Take a breath.
When nothing is going according to plan. When it feels like things are spinning out of control. When it feels like you’ll never find your joy.

When no one has the right answers and no one knows the right way.
Take a breath.
One day at a time, friend. You deserve grace. You need grace. You are living in a space you’ve never known before. You will find your way. You are strong, capable and full of resilience. You will make it through. You will land on your feet.
